What tracking options are there?

All orders that are delivered within the United States by USPS have full tracking available. You can give your clients a tracking number as well as a link where they can follow up on the status of their order. This is the link where you can do that. For international orders, full tracking will only be available for orders sent through International Priority, which costs a bit more.

If my customers choose the FedEx shipping rate in checkout, do you also ship that order faster?

Yes, we do! All FedEx orders are automatically bumped to the top of our fulfillment queue to assure best possible fulfillment time.

Any later than these dates, then we can't guarantee that the orders will make it to their destinations on time. Keep in mind that FedEx orders will always be fulfilled on our side faster, since they're marked as “priority” automatically.
